1969年(昭和44年)
New Zealand生まれ
The Wellington School of Designにてファッションを学び、卒業後、Cynthina Rowleyのアシスタントデザイナーとしてドレス部門を担当した。

1996年(平成8年)
彼女のビジネスパートナーであるElizabeth Hutchensと独立し、
オリジナルブランドを立ち上げる。

彼女のコレクションはメジャーなニューヨークの百貨店、
専門店(Barneys New York. Saks Fifth Avenue, Henri Bendels,
Fred Segal)やセレクトショップ、(Scoop, Intermix, etc.)、
アメリカ全土のTop Specialty Storesで展開。

Mademoiselle, Instyle, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire, Jane
などの雑誌にも特集されている。

また、Rebecca 自信についてもFashion Television, Video Fashion, Fashion File, CNN等で紹介されている。
